Zuhr Sunnah Muakkadah. Sunnah muakkadah means an act that prophet muhammad sall allahu alayhi wa sallam always used to do. 1 witr namaz the odd prayer 2 two rakat fajr namaz the dawn 3 the two eid prayers 4 khusuf namaz the eclipse prayer 5 istisqa namaz the rain prayer.
Asr time starts when zuhr time ends and remains until sunset. These rakats must be offered. So generally the recitation in the dawn fajr prayer is longer than the recitation in any of the other prayers.

Ibn abidin ibid i 191 because of this leaving these sunnahs are considered as ridiculing our religion. So although it is not mandated a person who intentionally skips them is considered blameworthy. These the prophet prayed regularly and made a point to never abandon. These rakats must be offered.
